The La Première experience at Paris-Charles de Gaulle
A customized service
In Paris*, Bordeaux*, Lyon*, Marseille*, Nice*, Toulouse*, your personal Hertz DriveU driver will pick you up in a premium vehicle and drive you to the airport. You can also take advantage of this service upon arrival of your La Première cabin flight at Paris-Charles de Gaulle or your connecting flight to one of the cities listed. The Hertz DriveU service is complimentary* to our La Première guests. Book your driver by telephone, up to 6 hours before the transfer, by calling your exclusive La Première number. Most Hertz DriveU vehicles are equipped with a Plexiglas partition to ensure your safety and that of the driver.
*Chauffeur service offered within a 40 km radius of Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport and within a 30 km radius of Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Nice and Toulouse airports. Outside of this radius, the cost is at the customer's expense. The service is not available for transfers within the airport zone.
Greeted as soon as you get out of the car
As soon as you arrive at the airport, you will be greeted in front of Terminal 2E, opposite Gate 14, the exclusive meeting place for our La Première guests. A concierge will take care of your baggage. You will then be received in a private check-in lounge, where every formality will be carried out for you. Afterwards, you are free to enjoy a relaxing stay in the La Première lounge.
Simplified boarding
Once you have cleared all security checkpoints, you will be privately driven to your aircraft in one of the 29 Cayenne E-Hybrid Porsche vehicles available at your convenience. For your added safety and comfort, we disinfect the seats, armrests, handles, as well as the trunks of the vehicles after each trip. Each vehicle is also aired regularly and equipped with hydro-alcoholic hand sanitizers. Once you arrive on board, you'll be personally introduced to the La Première cabin crew who will welcome you to your suite. Make yourself comfortable: get ready to enjoy the La Première in-flight experience.
A full team at your service
All throughout your trip, including upon arrival and during connections, an Air France team member will be available at your side at every turn. You receive priority access when exiting the aircraft and our staff will accompany you to the baggage claim area. During connections, you will be welcomed immediately upon arrival and accompanied to the La Première lounge.
